We are very disappointed with today’s experience at your clinic. After appointment, we received a confirmation call and were told that patients would be seen based on their arrival time. We came on time and waited for more than an hour, but some patients who came later were allowed to go in before us. When we asked the staff about this, we did not get a proper response. Please follow the same queue system for everyone and treat patients fairly. We hope you improve this in the future
